The hotel is clean and gorgeous. The location is very close to the airport, which is perfect. The breakfasts offer a wide range of options. The rooms are immaculately clean.

A fine stay for a vacation.

This place was located in a peaceful setting and conveniently close to the city center, airport, downtown, and there was even a bar onsite, with the added bonus of being just 2 miles away from the Frostville Museum, offering great food and superb service.

Connivance to the airport. Clean. Quiet.

That was top rated hotel set in safe area, really close to airport, Restaurant's and Cleveland. The staff was wonderful and informative, gave advice about the city. The food was great and there were plenty of dishes in the menu. We had a pleasant experience.

Affordable stay with great service. the location was peaceful, right next to a natural park - super tranquil vibes here! 🌿 It was a chill spot to be in, away from all the hustle and bustle of the city.

The convenience of the loacation was great and the staff was good at getting us in and out in a timely manner.

The rooms were a little smelly

I had a confirmed room through bookit.com and when I checked in they stated they didn't have my room so when they finally gave me a room and when I went in the bed was unmaid there where cigarettes in the ashtray, trash in the waste cans and dirty linens in the bathroom. I went back to the front desk to tell them and instead of an apology they told me that was impossible by now I am seeing red and real close to loosing my temper so they gave me another room that was a downgrade to the room I had a confirmed booking with no price difference. The next day after my room was gleaned I was not given any clean towels either and the breakfast bar was constantly out of items and I checked out they would not give me a bill they kept insisting that everything was ok and I could leave I needed a bill and after three request and getting frustrated again they finally gave it to me. When I went to the lounge I waited 25 minutes for the barmaid to acknowledge us and give us service I think I could understand why because she was drinking a bottle of beer next to the cash register. I have stayed in many Radissons and this was by far my worst experience I truly believe there is a management problem at that establishment.

The staff here were very helpful and quickly solved any issues I had, the room was clean, affordable, and matched the description with amenities like an ashtray, coffee cups.

The experience here was great, with a beautiful location near the expo center and good food options available.

It was convenient to the airport and freeways.

This property is rather shabby for the Ramada name. Unless owners remodel soon I believe it will be disenfranchised.
